- The back yard for the lower unit has separate/private gas grill for the unit, private Picnic table, private Outside shower, and a Clothes line.
- The deck for the upper unit has separate/private gas grill, private Picnic table, private Outdoor shower.
- There is off street parking in the driveway for each unit.

What you will need to bring:

- Soaps/Detergents (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.)
- Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)

- Additional Blankets and Pillows

- Any special spices for cooking
